The Denver Wine & Cheese Pairing Experience
Presented by Eventism
1. Executive Summary
The Denver Wine & Cheese Pairing Experience is not a traditional tasting class; it is a sensory immersion. On Valentine’s Day 2026, we are transforming the industrial-chic Moss Denver into a fluid, gallery-style tasting journey.
We are curating a collective of the region’s finest artisans to present 200 affluent guests with a “Decadent Date Night” featuring 30 pairing combinations, live performance art, and a curated jazz soundscape.
We invite you to partner with us to showcase your craft to a highly engaged, high-spending audience.
2. Event Snapshot
- Date: Saturday, February 14, 2026 (Valentine’s Day)
- Time: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Venue: Moss Denver (Santa Fe Arts District)
- Format: Self-guided “Social Tasting” (Flowing reception style, not seated)
- Capacity: Strictly limited to 200 guests to ensure intimacy and quality interactions.
- Ticket Price: $145.00 (Standard) – $225.00 (VIP)
3. The Concept: “Social Tasting”
We are moving away from the rigid “classroom style” wine tasting. Our guests explore Five Themed Galleries at their own pace:
- The Velvet Kiss: Soft-ripened cheeses & sparkling wines.
- The Artisans’ Block: Semi-hard nutty cheeses & European reds.
- The Heritage Vault: Aged, sharp cheeses & bold, structured wines.
- The Midnight Bloom: Blues/pungents & dessert wines.
- The High Country: Local Rocky Mountain goat/sheep cheeses & unique varietals.
The Atmosphere: The room will be dimly lit with warm amber uplighting (“Liquid Gold” theme), filled with the sound of live atmospheric jazz, and centered around a live painter creating a 60″ canvas in real-time.
4. Target Market & Demographics
Our guests are experience-seekers who value quality over quantity. They are attending not just for the wine, but for the scene.
- Primary Age: 25 – 45
- Demographic: Young professionals, established couples, and “foodies.”
- Psychographics:
- High Disposable Income: Willing to pay $300+ per couple for a single evening.
- Local Advocates: They actively support local makers and frequently dine in RiNo, LoHi, and Cherry Creek.
- Socially Connected: High likelihood of sharing the experience on Instagram/TikTok (User Generated Content).
- Aesthetic-Driven: They appreciate design, packaging, and presentation.
